Welcome to Eastern Gardens Cooperative, the best value for affordable housing in Sacramento. Eastern Gardens was established in 1971 to provide housing for low and moderate-income families. We are located in the Arden- Arcade neighborhood of Sacramento. Our lovely property is situated on five acres and is in close proximity to schools, parks and shopping. The membership here at Eastern Gardens is comprised of all walks of life, including families, professionals and seniors. Cooperatives offer people the chance to live in an environment that fosters responsibility, affordability and community.
